HR Manager / Management Assistant (m/f/x)

Your tasks:

As HR Manager / Management Assistant, you will report directly to our CEO and provide support with all strategic and operational issues with a focus on the HR area
You will be responsible for applicant management from the creation of job advertisements to actual recruitment
You will develop new, innovative recruiting/employer branding measures
You will optimize existing processes, structures and instruments in the HR area
You will ensure smooth office management, place orders and coordinate appointments
You will manage external partners, including software and recruiting partners, health insurance companies or our payroll office

Your profile:

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or university degree
You have at least 2 years of professional experience as a Management Assistant / Office Manager and have already gained initial experience in HR
You have a technical affinity, are proficient in using HR software and the common MS Office programs
You are an organizational talent and convince with a professional and customer-oriented appearance
