Project-/ Account Manager (m/f/x) Services & Technology

‍

Your tasks:

You look after our customers from the Services & Technology sector and are responsible for end-to-end projects
You take over the project planning and coordinate all relevant activities in cooperation with our e-mail, social and event teams with the aim of establishing high-quality contacts for our customers
With our CRM and data team you analyze and optimize project-relevant measures
In regular updates you inform our customers about the progress of the project, collect feedback and incorporate it into the operative business

Your profile:

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or degree in the fields of media, communication or economics
You have at least 4 years of professional experience in marketing, project or account management in the B2B sector, e.g. in the media or software environment
Ideally, you have already gained experience in dealing with service & technology companies
You are familiar with common project management and analysis tools, e.g. LucidChart, Notion, Monday, Tableau
You are enthusiastic about technology and have very good German and English skills
You convince with a professional and customer-oriented appearance
